The GOLD Intensive Learning Year is an opportunity for Operations leaders around the world to grow professionally, personally, and spiritually. Each participant designs their own personal learning journey, based on the guidelines and specific assignments set by the GOLD team. These include reading, book reports, group projects, public speaking, webinars, writing, coaching and training others, conflict resolution etc. Most tasks can be completed at the participant’s own pace.
