At over 50 million people and growing, Hispanics and Latinx students are the fastest-growing ethnic group in the United States AND on college campuses. What will it take to engage these people with the gospel?  It’s going to take more than just Destino staff teams. It’s going to take creative partnership with Cru teams, other EFCs, as well as other organizations and local churches. Within our Cru family, it’s going to take every team in the country asking the question, “What are we going to do to engage Hispanics and Latinx students in our scope with the gospel?” This course is designed to help Destino and Cru staff answer that question. The purpose of the Destino Course is to train staff to build contextualized spiritual movements for Hispanics and Latinx students.  This course will provide a framework in engaging, understanding, and caring for Latino & Hispanic students on your campus that lead to their flourishing.  We will utilize multiple types of media such as: books, documentaries, podcasts, and art.
